The call for such a young audience is because of our cast, audiences tend to empathize with characters better when they are of the same age or sex. Pushing it onto my other point, our main target audience would be a male audience, mainly because the cast is male and the title sequence contains football... Somethings girls hardly ever take interest in...
Now its established the target audience is
Aged 15 - 18
AND THAT IT IS A MALE AUDIENCE
WHAT IS MY TARGET AUDIENCE GOING TO BE LIKE:
My target audience been teenagers would be a very current and well, trendy, out going target audience.
They are often very obsessed with fashion, clothes, trainers, hats and much more material things.
They'd usually be very regular cinema goers, shoppers (topman, choice, river island etc...)... They'd usually be a college/university and the upper bound of secondary school (Years 10 and Years 11) some may not even go college and have a part time job! They'd eat mainly fast foods such as MacDonald and burger king.
THE POINT THAT TRYING TO GET ACROSS IS MY AUDIENCE IS THE MALE TEENAGER!, who likes action, thrillers(... Although my genre is mainly just thriller and less of action...) An active and social individual
