Suspense is a feeling of uncertainty and anxiety about the outcome of certain actions, most often referring to an audience's perceptions in a dramatic work.

WHEN ARE THINGS MOST SUSPENSEFUL?!?
WHEN WE KNOW WHAT THE CHARACTERS DON'T!
- Audience interest is kept as unaware character wonders into trap or ends up Living with a killer
